Here I am again

For a Time, then gone away

If you didn’t notice me,

That’s perfectly ok

For now you see me,

Now you don’t:

I’m only here a while

If your memory is sure,

I hope it has my fleeting smile

But I will never fit right in

I’m only passing through

Back and forth, within the storm-

One moment brought me right to you

Face to face, then drawn once more

Into the swirling, wild chain

You may go on and blame the dark,

And never really see me,

Caught up in the storm, inside the pain,
